Remote Work and VPN

Modified on Thu, 13 Jul, 2023 at 8:31 AM

When working remotely from your company issued computer, you may need to access network resources such as common drives and printers. You can do that through the use of our VPN.

When logging on to your computer, you may have seen the popup here:

While you're in the office connected to our network, clicking connect will give you an error.

However if you are outside of the network, such as at home or at a site, clicking connect will allow your computer to access our server.

If you do not see the popup, you can go to your Windows Start Menu by searching for " AnyConnect ".

*** If upon connecting to the VPN you do not see your common drives, please download the RunToRetrieveDrives.VBS file attached to this article and run it. ***
