Sometimes your common drives will not be accessible due to a change in network connectivity, or when working remotely.
If you are in the office and your common drives have not appeared, please logout of your computer, then sign back in. That will bring back your drives. If your drives to not connect after that, please download and run the RunToRetrieveDrives.VBS file attached below.
