The board room now has a new wide angle camera with microphones for hosting virtual meetings. The camera automatically zooms and focuses on who's speaking at the moment, and will pick up audio through out the room. 
There is nothing to install or plug in. Once you are connected to the dock in the room, the camera will be connected.
Inside of your specific meeting programme ( Zoom, WebX, Teams, etc ) you'll need to set the Owl Bar as your microphone, speaker, and camera. It will show as ECHO CANCELLING SPEAKERPHONE.
Volume can be controlled both by the volume on your PC, and volume controls on the right rear of the device.
